The experiment was conducted using a completely randomized design with four replications for 75 to 90 days. Performance of hens and organoleptic properties of eggs were evaluated. The results showed that there was no any significant difference between groups on the yield. Results obtained from the tasters including overall taste, natural smell and overall acceptability showed that although increasing fish oil to 2 + 2 rapeseed oil did not have a significant effect on the overall taste and overall acceptability of eggs in this group, but were significantly reported in natural smell. Therefore, diet with 2 fish oil+2 rapeseed oil (T3) can be considered as an enriched omega-3 ratio without showing major quality drop in eggs acceptance. © 2020, Online Journal of Animal and Feed Research.
